摘要: The coronary vasodilator effects of substance P, bradykinin, eledoisin, adenosine, and nitroglycerin have been tested in rabbit isolated hearts perfused with physiological medium. It has found that P is the most potent peptides are 10–100 times as active adenosine nitroglycerin. effect bradykinin reduced by 50% presence indomethacin (2.8–5.6 × 10−6 M) while actions other not influenced. At such concentrations, inactive on its own blocks small intermediate doses arachidonic acid, prostaglandin precursor. It suggested endogenous prostaglandins do play any major role mediating vasodilation produced several peptide nonpeptide agents, but may account for about bradykinin.
