摘要: Abstract Over the past few decades public health has been immensely improved by preventing various types of diseases using vaccination, a method implying attenuated, killed or part microorganism to activate immune system against it. Recently, nanovaccines have attracted lot attention as new approach for enhancing responses immunogenic molecules. A wide variety nanomaterials are reported proper candidates nanovaccination. Currently, focus is development formulations that trigger strong anti-cancer presenting tumor antigens either directly T cells indirectly antigen-presenting cells, holding great promise safe, non-invasive, and cost-effective therapy cancer. This review focuses on critical aspects in design biomaterial based reviews state art clinical those currently available market. Focal points • Bedside Understanding complex potential prevent treat such cancer, will contribute scientific advance therapeutic strategies allow discovery alternative treatments deadly diseases. Benchside Many immunostimulative pathways involved suppression cancer growth identified additional research still needed recognize molecular mechanisms immunotherapeutic strategies. Industry The non-toxic compounds may pave way towards developing approaches. major effort identification approaches also develop preventive nanoformulations healthy people who at risk Community treatment cheap, efficient less invasive possible methodologies impact quality life patients. Governments Since anticancer needs extensive support from authorities success translation, financial investments governments necessary translate lab bedside. governmental can increase years patients minimize associated costs overtime.
