摘要: Over the past two decades, “active aging” has emerged in Europe as foremost policy response to challenges of population aging. This article examines concept active aging and how it differs from that “successful aging.” In particular, shows presents a more holistic, life course–oriented approach than successful We provide critical perspective on too by, first, tracing its emergence then showing how, practice, been dominated by narrow economic or productivist prioritizes extension working life.
