摘要: Factors which could influence the success of experimental infections Anopheles gambiae with Plasmodium falciparum were investigated in Cameroon. 139 different gametocyte carriers performed. 86 (62%) gave rise to mosquito infection after dissection at least 20 mosquitoes. Among succeeding infections, mean percentage infected mosquitoes was 18.6% and oocyst load per positive midgut 2.56. Only density identified as a factor determined level infection. No significant found for sex age carrier, body-temperature, presence asexual erythrocyte stages, rhesus factor, blood group use antimalarial drugs (chloroquine amodiaquine).
