摘要: We present new results for the electric field dependence of intersubband optical absorption within conduction band a quantum well. show that increasing peak corresponding to transition states 1\ensuremath{\rightarrow}2 is shifted higher in energy and amplitude increased. These features are different from those exciton absorption. It also found 1\ensuremath{\rightarrow}3, forbidden when F=0, possible F nonzero.
