摘要: One of the main factors affecting quality apple is state maturity at which it harvested. To help planning agricultural work in orchards, this study proposes an optimization model, working through harvest time windows, and that incorporates fruit ripeness. The model seeks to minimize labor costs, equipment use, loss quality, order meet demand packing plants, considering their processing capacities as well production orchards. This on three orchards Maule Region, Chile, led a 16 % decrease both costs income for harvesting fruits with poor quality.
