摘要: Abstract The involvement of gangliosides in processes related to nerve regeneration and sprouting has been demonstrated recently. The type interaction by which may influence neuronal was investigated the present work. Affinity-purified rabbit anti-GM1 antibodies were found block from dorsal root ganglia (DRG) chicken embryo induced growth factor (NGF). Only a moderately inhibitory effect produced directed GM2, suggesting specific between NGF GM1. In spite low anti-GM2 on sprouting, their binding dissociated DRG cells be higher than that antibodies. These results emphasize high resolution system suggest with GM1 is involved process sprouting.
