A Model to Explain the Observed Tendency to Aggression in University Students

摘要: Some approaches in psychology (e.g. Psychoanalysis) define aggression as an inborn behavior while some others Behaviorism) it acquired behavior. However, today is a more widely admitted idea that product of heredity-environment interactions and has relation with different psycho-social variables. It observed was tried to be explained by basic research models previous studies. In this study; however, preferred form complex model explain selected dependent variable. The main objective the study context examine between variables perfectionism, forgiveness coping stress. group consists 2744 university students studying seven cities. data analyzed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). results obtained from show significantly perfectionism (β=.13; p<.001), (β=-.40; p<.001) negative passive (β=.17; p<.001). similarities findings have differences. consideration results, suggestions were made for implementation process further researches.
