摘要: The effects of revolution speed, temperature and slag composition on the dissolution rate sintered alumina into molten CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 slags were examined by rotating cylinder method. used had 10% Al2O3 CaO/SiO2 ratios 0.64 to 1.25.The increased with increasing speed rising temperture. It was concluded from these results that controlled mass transport in boundary layer. also an abrupt increase observed vicinity CaO/SiO2=1.The addition 15% NaF or CaF2 ratio 0.80 1.25 a factor 2 6 compared those slags. Such is estimated be caused mainly coefficient. The penetration components, CaO SiO2, all experiments. Besides, CaO·6Al2O3 compound formed layer for CaO/SiO2≥1.
