摘要: The influence of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) on the growth, photosynthesis, and fruit quality gibberellin-induced seedless 2-year-old “Delaware“ grapevine was examined. result soil treatment (0.1–10 mg l−1) foliar spray (30–300 with ALA after flowering significant growth improvement, up to 55% in lateral shoot, 38% leaf area. Optimal doses were 1 l−1 100 treatment. photosynthetic rate plants treated increased by a 9.2%–22.5%. Relative control, based measurements 5th each shoot ripening period, optimum concentrations for photosynthesis enhancement grapevines (foliar treatment) (soil treatment). Total plant weight at harvest 13% optimal doses. In terms quality, cluster fresh 44.9%–53% colour showed tendency become darker all ALA. °Brix value 2.7% higher than that control. We consider area rates during cultivation are important acquisition photoassimilates these likely be causally associated improvement total dry advance quality. addition, possibility advancing time grapes shown.
