摘要: Abstract Four sets of compositional data with a departure z or ϵ from the stoichiometry tenorite Cu 1± O CuO are re-examined for possible point defects. Correlations ( p O2 ) at equilibrium solid⇔pure di-oxygen – when they can be computed indicate presence either oxygen vacancies copper interstitials clusters them. Some recent after quenching in favor interstitials. Few concerning prepared by decomposition salt, oxidation and CVT sealed tubes have generally been interpreted literature as indicating deficiency. In those oxides large indicates complex behavior likely due to several defects possibly ordering short and/or long range, including chemical impurities case tube preparation.
