摘要: Objective Long-term survival for advanced stages of mycosis fungoides (MF) may be beneficially affected by the use multimodality therapy. We aim to evaluate activity vorinostat in combination with interferon (IFN) alpha and extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) persistent, progressive stage MF Sezary syndrome (SS). Patients methods Three patients IIB-IVA MF/SS were treated 400 mg/day/po. Vorinostat was added ongoing ECP IFN-alpha-2a therapies all three patients. Results The patient IIB achieved a complete response. SS showed stable disease less than 50 percent improvement body surface area reduction sizes axillary inguinal lymph nodes. A partial remission maintained 24 weeks IVA MF, followed rapid progression under treatment which led cessation due study criteria as well serious side effects. Conclusion Our experience this case series is suggestive synergistic effect IFN supports efficacy inducing prolonged responses and/or otherwise refractory late MF/SS.
