摘要: Diabetic nephropathy is the long-term complication of diabetes responsible for greatest increased mortality. Clinical characterised by a triad consisting persistent proteinuria (total urinary protein greater than 0.5 g/24 h), rising arterial pressure and declining renal function. The role treatment raised blood influence dietary restriction on established progressive phase disease are discussed. Subclinical elevations albumin excretion rates (greater 30 micrograms/min; microalbuminuria), glomerular hyperfiltration marginal early markers later clinical which appear to respond strict glucose control, lowered intake. Recent evidence suggest that an inherited predisposition may confer susceptibility diabetic presented.
