摘要: The closed anaerobic decomposition extracts of Fucus distichus incubated with seawater and sediment, without sediment as control, were subjected to extractions isolation on Sephadex LH 20 Cellulose Thin Layer Chromatography. isolates analyzed by using both the Hydride Generation Gas Chromatography Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (HG-GC-AAS) High Performance Liquid Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass (HPLC-ICPMS) identify arsenic species in equilibrium mixtures seaweed filtrates separately. In methanol extract, mixture arsenosugars (AS) AS1 AS2 their biotransformation products dimethylarsinoylethanol (DMAE) dimethylarsinic acid (DMAA) identified. filtrate extract mixture, only DMAE DMAA However, control five organoarsenic species, AS2, one unidentified hidden identified mixture. This result confirmed that distichus, an compounds are biotransformed under condition. also suggests strong intermediate candidates for generation arsenobetaine, from arsenoribosides marine food webs.
