摘要: PURPOSE:To form the TiO2 thin film suitable for anode of a photochemical reactor by applying titanium sol contg. Ti org. compd., acid, water, and alcohol at specific ratios on substrate surface having conductive calcining coating. CONSTITUTION:The which is obtd. mixing such as isopropoxide, hydrochloric alcohol, ethanol, has 0.1 to 2mol/l concn., 10 molar ratio water/Ti, 2 40 equiv. water/acid applied base material SiO2 0.05 0.1mum thickness.
