摘要: Breast cancer is a broad spectrum disease, including tumors showing different clinical, pathologic, molecular, and imaging features. Triple-negative breast (TNBC) has an extra aggressive clinical course poor prognosis being considered diagnostic challenge to radiologists, yet it presented quite lot of predictors on DCE-MRI; these could be valuable in identifying TNBC from other subtypes. In this study, we aimed at assessing the DCE-MRI features triple-negative comparison subtypes cancer. There was significant difference between both groups regarding internal enhancement pattern mass lesions (P value 0.001), as well intratumoral bright signal intensity T2-weighted images < 0.001). However, most study showed malignant kinetic curves type II III no 0.673). several with differences molecular shape lesion high T2 intensity, thus improving diagnosis TNBC.
