摘要: A method of treatment Stage II, III and IV wounds in human beings comprising the steps of: inserting a surgical dressing constructed polyvinyl acetal having pore diameter ranging from about 0.3 to 1. mm into an open wound so that it conforms general configuration wound; allowing remain autolyze slough necrotic tissue absorb exudate removing selectively atraumatically debride without damaging granulation tissues.
