摘要: Abstract The class II trans-activator (CIITA) is the master regulator of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) gene expression. CIITA mutations have been previously associated with several kinds tumors, while role polymorphisms (rs3087456) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) little known. We evaluate link between and existence LSCC patients. This study was conducted 200 Chinese Han patients healthy control subjects. association genetic polymorphism rs3087456 risk assessed through pyrosequencing. expression tumor tissue adjacent normal detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining. relationship genotype controls clinical pathology features were analyzed, in-silico analysis also used for gene. results showed that closely related to genes such as RFX5 RFXAP. IHC highly expressed tissues, compared corresponding tissues. AG, AG + AA, A genotypes notably increased controls. Our suggests a higher developing cohort.
