摘要: An improved novel method based on ionic liquid vortex-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction has been developed for the extraction of methylmercury, ethylmercury and inorganic mercury in sediment samples prior to analysis by high-performance chromatography with cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In this work, species were firstly complexed dithizone, complexes extracted into 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate. Key factors that affect efficiency species, such as type amount chelatants, time, sample pH, salt effect matrix investigated. Under optimum conditions, linearity was found concentration range from 0.1-70 ng/g. Limits detection ranged 0.037-0.061 Reproducibility recoveries assessed extracting a series six independent spiked different levels. Finally, proposed successfully applied real samples. liquids first time used The proved be much simpler more rapid, well environmentally friendly efficient compared previous methods.
