摘要: Abstract Using two PGF2α treatments 14 days apart as a way to enhance estrus detection rate following the 2nd treatment is reproductive management tool that continues be used on large dairy farms. In one study, in cows with functional CL and dominant follicle, cloprostenol vs. dinoprost resulted greater peripheral estradiol concentrations. The objective of present study was determine if could pregnancy rates herd using program for 1st artificial insemination (AI). Lactating (n = 4549) were randomly assigned receive either 500 μg or 25 mg apart, day voluntary waiting period (57 DIM). Cows detected within 5 after inseminated. There no effect detection, 78% inseminated Days 3 4 treatment. Cloprostenol increased (P
