摘要: Genetic diversity among 51 isolates of Rhizoctonia solani AG-3, representing potato and tobacco populations, was inferred from the sequences internal transcribed spacer (ITS) 5.8S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene. The rDNA sequence completely conserved not only in but across all AG examined, whereas rDNA-ITS found to be variable isolates. nucleotide similarity ITS 1 region high (96-100%) for within each two 91-92% different populations. AG-3 had 56 91% similarities with R. other AGs. Phylogenetic analysis based on ITS-5.8S data indicated that populations are distantly related other. divergence between also supported by results DNA-DNA hybridization studies. This study suggests consists genetically isolated groups corresponding separate subgroups: PT (potato type) TB (tobacco type). Specific primer sets detection subgroups were developed aligned sequences.
