摘要: Recently, high-torque AC servomotors have been developed, and NC servo press machines equipped with these become commercially available in Japan. The machine has a programmable function for fully controlling the position velocity of slide on machine, as well setting its motion such that descends while it is vertically vibrating. In this study, we carried out forming experiments 1050 aluminum sheet by vibratory deep-drawing ironing using low-frequency vibration slide, experimentally examined improvement effects load limit during each machining process. As results, when was used conventional die machining, (1) limiting drawing ratio increased 0.15 (2) rate approximately 10% ironing, without special machine. For deep-drawing, occurrence wrinkles prevented applied.
