摘要: The events that brought about the mutually profitable merger of biochemistry and cytology led to development density gradient centrifugation. This chapter discusses origin evolution centrifugation set in motion was inspired by hope preparative could physically separate particles with same resolution as seen analytical cell. However, mid-1950s, it became evident principle superior moving boundary method employed ultracentrifuge. One important factor interaction among different particle populations, which known affect sedimentation rates, eliminated soon zones were separated from one another. By 1960, had come age.
