摘要: Nowadays employers look not only for graduates but professionals who can constantly renew their knowledge and competencies. Therefore skills development assessment becomes paramount within the new educational paradigm that emerges from Bologna Process. In this chapter, we present a project undertaken by group of university teachers to introduce generic employability in higher education students’ curricula, particular language degrees. We first analyze terms related key skills, generating an integrated denomination each competency. The elaboration general templates is proposed here as useful tool provides information about skill. Different types rubrics templates, used during project, are presented.
