Experimental research and theoretical analysis of anti-fouling characteristics on the surface of Ni-based implanted tube

摘要: The surface fouling of different tubes in boiling conditions are studied through experiments, which include Carbon steel tube, stainless brass and Ni-based implanted tube. Their anti-fouling characteristics induction period analyzed by the theory energy. experiments show that time is asymptotic regarding to mass unit area while it linear terms other three tubes. Furthermore, tube two times others'. It concluded has better characteristic longer period, makes good for purpose.
