摘要: The exogenous application of abscisic acid (ABA) to well-watered plants may be interest in imitating the effects salinity on shoot growth. In this paper we have determined time course ABA accumulation control and salt-stressed Phaseolus vulgaris its possible relation solutes other physiologic conditions. effect parameters root system has also been checked. addition caused a retardation amount applied growth medium tissue concentrations become close those salinized plants. under conditions resulted profile proline total sugar very similar that observed It was found NaCl treatment decreased stomatal conductance transpiration rate leaves as well osmotic turgor potentials. mimicked these responses, resulting qualitatively quantitatively results. These results, particularly showing early transient rise upon exposure coincides with period accumulation, mimics effects, are discussed around idea stimulates cellular processes adjustment P. vulgaris.
