摘要: Abstract This study seeks to benefit from a medical science-based implication for urban and landscape planning in the Gorgan Township area, highly developing region northeastern Iran. Based on growth stages patterns of malignant cancer tumor inside human's body, sustainable, realistic practical pattern is introduced applying land suitability analysis, SLEUTH modeling, metrics statistical analyses. pattern, this called cancer-treating , implemented through three predictive scenarios including afforest protection (AP), rangeland (RP) historical (HG). Accordingly, effects each scenario parameters afforest, urbanization activities are evaluated compare their efficiency. In addition, Spearman correlation analysis also undertaken measure bivariate associations between values specifically address consistency with potential area. According results, HG yielded highest amount without substantially modifying trajectory while no negative impact targeted land-uses were detected. Correlations provided evidence functionality terms area connectivity metrics. Findings present highlight that strategy can be considered as realistic, sustainable alternative Iranian environments at times undergoing uncontrolled expansion processes.
