摘要: Radical pairs, polarons and fullerene anion radicals photoinduced by photons with energy of 1.98 – 2.73 eV in bulk heterojunctions formed poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) bis(1-[3-(methoxycarbonyl)propyl]-1-phenyl)-[6.6]C62 (bis-PCBM) derivative have been studied direct light-induced EPR (LEPR) method a wide temperature range. A part are pinned trap sites which number depth governed an ordering the polymer/fullerene system initiating photons. It was shown that dynamics recombination mobile counter their exchange- multi-trap assisted diffusion. Relaxation parameters both charge carriers were determined separately steady-state saturation method.
