摘要: Abstract In this work we present a structure consisting of semiconductor sample immersed between two one-dimensional photonic crystals, designed with the aim to investigate possibility increase radiative lifetime in infrared photodetectors, i.e., decrease background radiation limit. Since used HgCdTe detector for detection CO2 laser radiation, formed defect front-side crystal transmission peak on 10.6 μm. Our numerical calculations show that 1-D structures at front and back side significantly photodetector.
