摘要: The intrarenal infusion of kallidin-10 at 1–3 µg/min in the dog produces an increase directly measured renal blood flow with no alteration systemic pressure. Concomitant flow, a diuresis is observed which associated substantial increases sodium and chloride excretion but smaller total solute potassium excretion. Neither urinary pH nor free water changed consistently. pattern electrolyte secretion suggests that changes are secondary to glomerular filtration rate, although endogenous creatinine or inulin clearance could not be detected. contralateral kidney showed during decapeptide indicating rapidity it destroyed vivo. responses acetylcholine mimic those produced by kallidin-10. These data, together earlier observations showing excretes both proteinase, kallikrein, its hypotensive polypeptides, suggest this enzyme system may contribute regulation salt homeostasis.
