摘要: The specific diagnosis of a hamartoma may create diagnostic difficulties, both grossly and histologically. We observed an infant who was noted at birth to have hyperpigmented plaque with follicular accentuation slight increase in the amount hair on anterior abdominal wall. clinical differential included mastocytoma, epidermal nevus, congenital pigmented Becker's nevus. most striking feature biopsy specimen presence large numbers smooth-muscle fibers permeating dermis, finding consistent although nevus has not previously been known be present birth.
