摘要: Progressive pulmonary hypertension associated with cyanosis was encountered in two infants. In the first infant, at 45 days of age, arterial pressure became normal oxygen breathing and abolished. Later, increasingly unresponsive to death occurred 70 age. The second infant maintained while oxygen; however, a right-to-left ductal shunt reversed during apparently due an increase systemic blood favorable alteration systemic: vascular resistance ratio. This also showed progressive oxygen, died age 62 days. etiology could not be established before or after either infant. hemodynamic autopsy findings suggested persistence some features fetal physiology.
