摘要: Insomnia is a common feature in schizophrenia. The sleep disturbance of either never-medicated or previously treated schizophrenia patients characterized by an increase stage 2 latency and wake time after onset, reduction total efficiency. In addition, 4 sleep, slow wave REM are consistently decreased. limited number studies directed at disclosing the effects typical (haloperidol, thiothixene, flupentixol) atypical antipsychotics (olanzapine, clozapine, risperidone) on tend to indicate that they improve induction and/or maintenance.
