摘要: A weighting factor proposed in this paper is a product of reduction (Ni/Ti) and relative significance (fi). politically determined critical impact (Ti/fi) assumed to cause damage defined as level acceptable society. graph showing the relationship between normalized indicates that ((Ni/Ti) fi) slope graph. It shows further same weighted impact.
