摘要: We examined the role of proteases in mediating lung vascular injury after acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis. Studies were made sheep which pulmonary lymph was collected for assessment changes transvascular fluid and protein exchange. The induction pancreatitis by injection trypsin sodium taurocholate into pancreas resulted increases flow clearance (lymph x lymph-to-plasma concentration ratio). pressures did not change significantly pancreatitis, indicating that due to increased endothelial permeability. response also characterized decreases concentrations fibrinogen, platelets, granulocytes. Pulmonary leukostasis a common morphologic feature this group. In another group, an intravenous infusion trypsin, produced antiprotease activity comparable those observed clearance. These fluxes associated with evident group upon histologic examination. third pretreatment Trasylol prevented suggesting pancreatitis-induced is result release proteases. results indicate infusion. circulation may be initiating event injury.
