摘要: Cryopreserved bovine semen is less fertile than fresh for reasons that have not been fully elucidated. Cryopreservation known to disrupt the sperm plasma membrane and it induces premature capacitation of a subpopulation, which may be result increased internal calcium levels after thawing. To test hypothesis intracellular level correlated with in vivo fertility, we used fluorescent indicator, indo-1, flow cytometry assess frozen-thawed from bulls varying degrees fertility. We also tested second physiological status sperm, as assessed by chlortetracycline (CTC) assay, As detected indo-1 fluorescence, negatively bull fertility immediately thawing (P = .0362; n 3 ejaculates each 10 animals). Moreover, there was significant difference between most least over 4 hours incubation < .05; per bull). Finally, positive correlation displaying CTC acrosome reaction pattern .0014; bulls).
