摘要: Reproductive factors associated with breast cancer risk may also affect the prognosis. This study aimed to evaluate associations of multiple reproductive prognosis and modifying effects menopausal status. We obtained data from 3805 patients recruited between October 2008 June 2016 in Guangzhou. The subjects were followed up until 30 2018. hazard ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) calculated using multivariate Cox models estimate associations. It was found that there U-shaped patterns for age at first birth durations first/last diagnosis adverse old [>30 years vs 23-30 years, HR CI): 1.59 (1.01-2.50)] long [≥20 10-19 1.55 (1.07-2.27)] or last 1.63 (1.08-2.46)] on progression-free survival (PFS) significantly more pronounced among premenopausal women. Additionally, interval (>5 years) second a better PFS [HR 0.64 (0.42-0.97)]. These results suggested birth, diagnosis, should be taken into account when following assessing cancer, particularly patients. findings would have implications further insight mechanisms development.
