摘要: The shock state which occurs as a complication of bacteremia due to gram-negative bacteria is problem encountered in urological practice. seriousness the reflected by 82% mortality noted series herein reported. This type frequently precipitated instrumentation and manipulation. clinical features are sufficiently distinctive permit early diagnosis. Prompt treatment, including appropriate antibiotics, pharmacological amounts corticosteroid, judicious use vasopressor agent, favors survival.
