摘要: From a sample of marathon (N = 57) and nonmarathon 38) female runners physical, psychosocial, menstrual changes/risks addictive behaviors were identified. There was high incidence knee injury in both groups runners. Marathon had significantly higher heel pain stress fractures. Psychosocial variables anxiety, self‐esteem, family/spouse relationships did not differ the two groups. In addition, those reporting more addicitive report physical injury; however, there an association between addiction scores lower self‐esteem.
