摘要: Background: The study was performed to investigate the effects of morphine dependency and withdrawal on reproductive system adult male rat(Wistar).  Methods: 32 rat divided into 5 groups. Animals in control group (n=8) received normal saline (1ml/kg) twice daily subcutaneously for 30 consecutive days. dependent (10mg/ml/kg). In 2 other groups (n=4) syndrome signs were evaluated with naloxone injection (4mg/kg). Receiving days, animals didn’t receive any drug 14 days (spontaneous withdrawal). Results: data showed that serum levels luteinizing hormone (LH) testosterone as well partial weights prostates seminal vesicles, vesicles contents reduced compared (p<0.05). lower than Conclusion: Results this indicate influence sex concentrations may cause reduction fertility libido decline men.
