摘要: We introgressed wheatgrass germplasm from the octoploid amphiploid Triticum aestivum× Lophopyrum elongatum into wheat by manipulating Ph1 gene and discovered characterized 130 introgression lines harboring single or, in various combinations, complete recombined L. chromosomes.
