摘要: Currently, an important fundamental problem of practical importance is the production high-quality solid-phase compounds various metals. This paper presents a theoretical model that allows one to study diffusion process in nickel-base refractory alloys. As example, two-dimensional ternary alloy considered bonding alloys with different compositions. The main idea divide components into three groups: (i) base element Ni, (ii) intermetallic forming elements Al and Ti (iii) alloying elements. approach consider multi-component as alloys, which greatly simplifies analysis. calculations are carried out within framework hard sphere when describing interatomic interactions by pair potentials. energy any configuration given system written terms order parameters ordering energies. A vacancy described, takes account gain/loss potential due jump temperature. Diffusion two dissimilar modeled. concentration profiles analyzed at times. results obtained indicate efficient modeling Ni-base
