摘要: A high-pressure liquid chromatography method has been used to investigate the pharmacokinetics of fluorouracil after single i.v. doses patients. The is simple and specific for fluorouracil. No interference was observed in determinations due other administered medication. Plasma levels declined rapidly dosing. mean half-life 11.4 min, drug essentially cleared from plasma 1 hr. Individual differences levels, also derived pharmacokinetic constants, were considerably less than those reported previously.
