Measuring Trust in Business Relations between Tourist Facilities on One Thematic Touristic Route

摘要: The aim of this article was to identify features and attributes tourist facilities that affect trust among them allows estimating the level any given site on a touristic route. can be key feature affects capability create enter complex relations. It is also crucial for planning their future sustainability. Therefore, measuring between plays major role in management inter-organizational authors used statistical methods order influence these kinds facilities. analyzed data comes from research conducted 2017 describes 42 operate within Industrial Monuments Route (IMR)—a Polish route region Silesia. A strong linear correlation found variables described efficiency communication level. Classification Regression Trees (C&RTs) method determine them.
