摘要: Neoadjuvant therapy refers to the systemic treatment of breast cancer prior definitive surgical therapy. is administered with objective improving outcomes in patients for whom a primary approach technically not feasible and operable who desire conservation but either mastectomy required or partial would result poor cosmetic outcome. In addition, neoadjuvant chemotherapy appropriate HER2-positive triple-negative are most likely have good locoregional response treatment, regardless size their at presentation.
