摘要: Fusion of myeloma cells with antibody-secreting B-cells has been achieved in vivo antigen-activated spleen (1). Such fusions appeared to occur at a stage differentiation similar that the line, i.e. antigen-activated, B-cell blasts. This was concluded from high incidence hybrid cell lines and by absence T-cell-B-cell hybrids these (2).
