摘要: Earlier it was believed that the cathode fall potential (which is main part of full voltage) defined by ionization metal vapor. It has been shown later processes are due to thermal electrons in near-cathode plasma volume, and voltage falls across an ohmic nature. noted vicinity emission center a spot difference between should correspond floating plasma, i.e., condition current onto absent.
