摘要: Filamentous fungi can produce many valuable secondary metabolites; among these fungi, endophytic play an ecological role in mutualistic symbiosis with plants, including promoting plant growth, disease resistance, and stress resistance. However, the biosynthesis of most metabolites remains unclear, knowledge interaction mechanisms between endophytes plants is still limited, especially for some novel due to lack genetic manipulation tools species. Herein, we review newly discovered strategies gene disruption, such as CRISPR-Cas9 system, site-specific recombination Cre/loxP I-SceI endonuclease-mediated system filamentous fungi. Gene expression systems contain using integration target genes into genome, host-dependent cassette construction depending on host, a host-independent, universal independent reporter-guided Furthermore, Newly CRISPRi, CRISPRa, selection markers were also discussed disruption discussed. These studies lay foundation organisms aid understanding function
