摘要: The behavior of Taenia hydatigena, T. ovis, pisiformis and Echinococcus granulosus eggs during exposure to artificial hatching solutions was studied. two-stage swelling attending found cause doubling in volume at each step. Four possible mechanisms for the process were tested: (1) Release an internal pressure, (2) osmotic effects on intact eggs, (3) expansion keratin embryophore, (4) hydration interstitial colloid. results suggest active function “cement substance” between embryophoric blocks, blocks themselves. tonicity fluid shown influence disaggregation embryophore explained terms colloidal pressure material. Differing requirements species demonstrated examined.
