摘要: This paper is based on an empirical study of environmental initiatives implementation in the Malaysian Small and Medium Enterprises’ (SMEs). The key focus this to explore SMEs’ initiatives. Environmental as defined here can be classified into three major areas: green within internal organization system, such setting goal waste audit, or manufacturing practices, lastly, design orientation. examines level management initiative, ranging from reactive proactive initiatives, using a survey SMEs electric electronic industry. data 192 firms have been collected tested SPSS. Our strongly suggests that moved develop increasingly It also demonstrates importance further investigations on: (a) systems orientation, (b) extensive primary stakeholder could effectively guide drive strategies, (c) contributory role supply partners direct indirect relationships between these their performances.
